First Birthday Party

A first birthday party can often be a difficult one to plan. The babies are still so little, it often ends up being mostly adults and then some older children in the mix too. That’s why are Sensory Soft Play / Party Pod and additional packages like the Tuff Trays can be a perfect party solution.

Not only is all our sensory play baby friendly but toddlers / young kids and even older children love it too. Our sensory play packages can offer a cost effective way to keep all the children busy, make it special for your baby and all the families that attend.

Corporate Sensory Room Hire

The client hired us to provide an inclusive / SEN friendly event at Radbroke Hall, Knutsford, Cheshire.

We provided 3 separate sensory spaces including a main Sensory Play room which included movement based equipment, glow equipment, sensory tuff trays and soft play and some quiet spaces. A calm down / dark space with two large dens a number of calming glow equipment and a craft room.

The day was a huge success and proved a great boredom buster in the school holidays for those who had few safe places to take their children to play.

We also provided each attendee (child) with their very own My Sen Den Sensory Bag.

Wedding Sensory Room Hire

It was a true pleasure to be asked to provide a Pop-up Sensory Room recently for a Wedding at Shrigley Hall Hotel and Spa in Cheshire.

We were asked for the soon to be beautiful bride to set up a sensory space for the children to enjoy / regulate in during the meal and speeches.

The space served as play space for all the children present and also a much needed calm down / safe space for those who had sensory processing difficulties and were struggling with the main hall environment.

It was clear from the get go that the children loved it as they literally crashed the wedding set-up :)!

We also provided our super popular My Sen Den Sensory Bags for the children to have at throughout the day to keep them occupied / help them transition throughout the day.

It was a super hit, the bride and groom looked sensational and the kids well and truly had a blast.

As part of our ever expanding Sensory Party Hire packages - we now offer Giant Bubble Entertaining.

Our Bubble Entertainer will amaze with giant bubbles and produce a sky full of bubbles with our magic bubble wands. To make it truly interactive for the children we provide tuff trays with bubble mix and wands for everyone to join in.

Baby Shower Balloons

We have had a fab morning setting up a wonderful balloon hire at the Ape and Apple in Manchester.

We were briefed to create a Baby Shower Jungle Themed Balloon Arch / Backdrop and some simple table balloons to surprise the mum to be. They wanted something modern and fun that could sit as a centrepiece for the special event, using golds and greens. We incorporated stuffed jungle animals / vines / created huge gold balloon flowers and used some animal print balloons to really make an impact.

The mummy to be was overjoyed with her surprise balloon set-up and it became the back drop to all her special pictures with friends.

Our My Sen Den Sensory Shop will be popping up over the next few weeks at a number of local community / charity events.

Next Saturday 10th May - we will be celebrating VE Day at Handforth Youth Centre from 12pm until 5pm. We will be there with lots of sensory toys to buy including NeeDoh, squishy Capybara and Axolotls and sensory bottle and jars just to name a few. We will have a stall full of sensory fun for all. Come and join us and SilkFM and a load of other local businesses in supporting such a worthy cause.

On Sunday 18th May - we will be at the Bramhall and Woodford Rotary’s Annual Duck Race at Bramall Hall and Park. It is likely to be a fun packed day with not only a huge duck race but market stalls, fairground rides and an abundance of amazing food. Also, come and cheer on our duck - still be designed but hopefully a race winner.

An amazing Peppa Pig Bubble House Party on Sunday.

All the children had an amazing time in the bubble house, along with the little disco and of course party food. I reckon Peppa and George would have loved it too as the Bubble House seems to be a huge hit for everyone.

We provided a Balloon Garland for the bubble house and our amazing iridescent balls to make the bubble house sing as a centrepiece.

We love to hear from you after the event and we were overwhelmed with the lovely feedback we received:

This Friday is our fully inclusive playgroup at Chelford Village Hall, Cheshire.

Starting at 10.15am it’s an informal open play session packed full of all our education grade sensory toys and equipment and messy play.
